Josephine G. Long, of Warminster, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 while traveling in Portugal. She was 77 years old.
Born and raised in Bryn Athyn, the daughter of Carmine and Elizabeth (DiPietrantonio) Giovannangelo, Josephine was a lifelong resident of the Huntingdon Valley area.
She worked part-time at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook and volunteered at the Bucks County Play house. She was active at the Senior Center and could often be found playing pinochle.
Josephine found joy in feeding a wild rabbit in her backyard and bird watching. She loved to travel...

Born and raised in Bryn Athyn, the daughter of Carmine and Elizabeth (DiPietrantonio) Giovannangelo, Josephine was a lifelong resident of the Huntingdon Valley area.

Josephine found joy in feeding a wild rabbit in her backyard and bird watching. She loved to travel and cherished her time with family and friends.
She is survived by her four children, Theresa (Tom) Nykanen, Maria Landes, Patricia (Bradley) Page, Thomas S. (Michele) Long Jr and her eleven grandchildren, Zachary Nykanen, Tessa Nykanen, Eric Landes, Brenna (Jeremy) Sowers, Julia Landes, Corinne Landes, Devan Page, Regan Page, Bailey Page, Lauren Long, and Colin Long, her son-in-law Vaughn Landes, her brother, Anthony (Florence) Giovannangelo, and her sister, Delores (Alan Wolf) Neill.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 9:30am-11:00am at St. John Bosco Church, 215 E County Line Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040, followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00am. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont.
